eBay for Millionaires

As you may have noticed from the green header on the top of the blog, I am trying to sell off a home in Italy. This seems like another avenue to try. Maybe I should just wait and see if the property below actually sells!

Millionairesbay, a luxury version of auction website eBay is offering users the chance to buy a picturesque country house for £4 million. While most online bidders use eBay to buy concert tickets, books and second-hand CDs, shoppers on MillionairesBay are being given the chance to buy Whiston Hall, a Staffordshire hotel and golf course set over 100 acres.

MillionairesBay, which was launched in January, boasts the slogan, "Acquire what you desire", and only features lots worth over £10,000. It receives more than 5,000 hits a day. (Telegraph)
